Non-Member services are still always available. 

Non-Member calls for assistance will require credit card verification with approval prior to service response.

Membership provides flexible billing options including: Cash payments, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. 

Checks are accepted from members only and are subject to return check fees.

FALSE or MALICIOUS CALLS WILL BE PROSECUTED AS THEFT OF SERVICES

Calls for assistance to unknown or stray animals will only be accepted from

members or from public safety officials NO EXCEPTIONS
